Nina Jankowicz joins Andrea Kendall-Taylor, Jim Townsend, and Carisa Nietsche to discuss the continuing use of information warfare by malign actors, particularly Russia and China, and how democracies can counter it. Jankowicz is a research fellow at the Wilson Center and the author of the new book “How to Lose the Information War: Russia, Fake News, and the Future of Conflict.”
